Due to Michigan's high Covid numbers, this year's Parish Christmas Party will once again be virtual. The party will be held via Zoom. We'll play Name That Christmas Tune, Christmas Trivia and have a Scavenger Hunt - all for gift card prizes. Leading the discovery will be Dr. Andre Villeneuve, theologian, biblical scholar and Associate Professor of Old Testament and Biblical Languages at Sacred Heart Major Seminary. His main areas of interest include the study of Sacred Scripture, Jewish roots of the Catholic Faith and fostering the reconciliation of Israel and the Church through the work of Catholics for Israel. The celebration will begin with the 11am Mass (9am Mass cancelled today). This will be followed by a Eucharistic Procession through the neighborhood surrounding our church. This will be followed by an Ice Cream Social in the Rainbow Room - dine in or carry out. We will also commemorate Father's Day and honor all fathers. Volunteers are needed for set up on Saturday, June 18 and serving and clean up on Sunday, June 19.
