About Us
Roger and Dr. Dominique Matthews began the Mission in 1998. Haiti Outreach Mission has grown to become a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the people, especially the children, of Mirebalais, Haiti and to educating people in the U.S. about this devastated country.
 
We are an ecumenical lay mission group with primary support from several churches (including Episcopal, Catholic, and Baptist). Our mission partners with two churches in Mirebalais; St. Louis Catholic and St. Pierre Episcopal. They give us a reliable base from which to operate in Haiti and are accountable to us for the goods and services we provide.
